The bi-monthly scientific-specialized journal "Educational Management Findings" has been established with the scientific efforts of the officials and professors of the Faculty of Humanities of Al-Mustafa International University-Afghanistan, since the beginning of the year 1400 AH, in the field of educational management and organizational knowledge. The main goal of this publication is to assess the needs and organize the research activities of the authors in order to meet the country's needs in the field of educational management. Therefore, the editors of this publication strive to provide the country's scientific community with the latest scientific findings and research articles of professors and researchers, especially members of the faculty of Al-Mustafa International University, in the aforementioned field.
