The purpose of writing this article is to "investigate the role and place of educational supervision and guidance in improving the education and training of public schools in Kabul city" which deals with the reform, improvement and development of education and training, which was carried out in the year 2018-2018. And to collect data from two questionnaires, how the role of supervision in improving education and training of public schools in Kabul city, 15 questions, based on individual dimensions, organizational dimension, course planning dimension and professional and capability dimension. 20 questions were used based on the dimensions of feeling competent, feeling meaningful in the job, right to choose, feeling effective in the job and feeling trust. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of the research is made up of public school teachers in Kabul who have 14th, 16th, and master's degrees, among whom 300 people were asked questions using a simple random sampling method. Regarding the role and position of educational supervision and guidance in improving education and training in public schools in Kabul city, it was collected through a standard questionnaire, and furthermore, to analyze the data in this research, Spearman's correlation coefficient was used to identify the role and position of supervision and guidance. Training has been used. Based on the findings of the research, the role of supervision and educational guidance in improving the state of education in public schools in Kabul has been achieved below the desired level. The results of this research show that there is a direct and logical relationship between supervisors and educational guides and they have a high and valuable position in order to improve education in the public schools of Kabul city.
