Abstract

In this research titled "Mother's role in raising children, with an emphasis on psychology and Islamic teachings", topics have been investigated that prove that mothers have a greater role in raising children. In this part, it deals with two areas of education: physical education and cognitive education, and other topics will be discussed in the next parts.
The research method is a combination of documentary method and contextualization method using questionnaires and interviews in several universities in Afghanistan. In order to obtain the Islamic point of view, we have referred to Islamic sources and the point of view of Muslim thinkers, and from these points of view, which have been explicitly or implicitly expressed about the role of the mother in raising children, we have reached the Islamic point of view, and then to obtain the point of view of psychologists Psychology books have been consulted, and in order to use the field method, a questionnaire has been distributed among several students and siblings, and they have been surveyed to get the opinion of the students as fathers, mothers or educated children. The mother should be examined in raising the child.
After the review, from the sum of the three findings, it was found that the mother has a greater role in the upbringing of the child, therefore, care must be taken in the selection of future mothers, and at the same time, mothers also have more and more important duties in raising their children.
