Abstract
The glory of Islamic civilization depends on the feeling of self-respect and dignity of the individual in the society, which is manifested in the light of capabilities, assets, knowledge, techniques and Islamic values. The growth and consolidation of this belief is the result of the performance of self-esteem in the educational organization and its position in educational programs. The purpose of the present research was the recognizing of the essence of self-esteem and its impact in the educational organization from the perspective of the Quran and hadith s. This research has been an analytical review method which the information collected through the review of documents from libraries, scientific documents and other researches in this field. The main question of the research is what is the importance of self-esteem in spiritual and material life and what is its effect in the educational organization? In this article, after analyzing the findings of the research, the results show that self-esteem means the feeling of being valuable, which leads to the impenetrability of a person and prevents him from being defeated. Feeling valuable, not succumbing to humiliation, upbringing a successful personality, reinforcement of self-belief, adorning oneself with moral perfections and independence and self-confidence, is the individual effects of self-esteem and anti-bullying, strengthening moral norms, are the social effects of self-esteem. following the piety, Having the motivation of work and effort, acquiring knowledge and skills, feeling responsible, economic development in the light of education are the elements of self-esteem in the educational organization and meeting the vital and individual needs of education and intellectual needs from the categories of achieving educational needs are from the perspective of the Quran.
