Abstract

The main goal of this research is to investigate the role of knowledge management on the effectiveness of the employees of the Department of Education in Kabul. The type of this research is applied and its method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research includes all the official employees of the Maaf Directorate of Kabul city, including the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth ranks, with a volume of 320 tons; which is estimated as 175 samples using Cochran's formula. In its sampling, simple random method was used and in data collection, library (internal and external sources) and survey (questionnaire) methods were used. For descriptive analysis of data, central indicators (percentage and frequency) using SPSS software and for testing hypotheses and research model from normality test (Kolmogrof-Smirnov), Pearson correlation test as default tests and linear regression assuming normal distribution of data, to test hypotheses Used. The findings of the research show the confirmation of all the main and sub-hypotheses of this research and indicate that knowledge management with all its dimensions (externalization of knowledge, combination of knowledge, internalization of knowledge and socialization of knowledge) has a positive effect on the effectiveness of the employees of the Department of Education in Kabul. It has meaning.
