Abstract

The matter of what is good and the prohibition of what is bad has been paid attention to by Muslim scholars with different jurisprudential, hadith, moral, theological and social approaches, and various books have been written on this subject. These two duties are not available in many scientific works with the "educational" approach. In the field of education and training, as an educational "method" in terms of the general duties of people, scholars and scientists, families, social institutions, it is possible to discuss and investigate the right to be known and the prohibition of evil. In this article, "Enjoining what is good and forbidding what is bad" is presented as an educational method as well as its implementation methods, which is the duty of the family, especially parents; Although this educational method has been discussed in the researches of previous scholars as two religious duties and as a religious principle or branch; Books, articles and dissertations have been written on that topic, but the discussion and investigation from two educational and jurisprudential points of view, especially in the field of the educational responsibility of the family, is unprecedented. The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical, which refers to scientific books and documents, especially the Qur'an and the Sunnah, and its jurisprudential analysis, and an attempt has been made to prove the jurisprudential ruling of the priority or necessity of efficiency over command and prohibition. In this article, an attempt has been made to examine the educational method of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil as the responsibility of the family institution with the help of intellectual and narrative evidence (Qur'an and Hadith) and its implementation methods at three levels of heart, language and practice with a jurisprudential perspective. . The most important proofs of the duty of the family are the verse of Waqayyah, the verse of the will of Luqman, the verse of commanding the people to pray, the verse of Astbar, the verse of the commandment of relatives, the verse of the commandment of the prophets in terms of the philosophy of the prophethood, and the verse of the obligation to obey the commands of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Two implementation methods of ordering and prohibiting language and consulting with the help of the verses of the Holy Quran and the narrations below the verses have been proposed and examined.
