Islamization of sciences, especially human sciences, is one of the necessities of Islamic societies in the contemporary era. Considering this necessity, some researchers have sought to start the work from the ground up, first to organize additional Islamic philosophies, including the philosophy of educational management in Islam; Because there are different views on "philosophy", "relationship between religion and philosophy" and "sources of knowledge", different views have been created on the philosophy of educational management in Islam. The main question of the upcoming research is what are the approaches to the philosophy of educational management in Islam? Examining and criticizing these approaches can show their strengths and weaknesses and lead to a more comprehensive view. In this article, which was compiled with a descriptive-analytical method, four important approaches to the philosophy of educational management in Islam have been examined and criticized, and finally it has been concluded that first of all, in order to formulate the philosophy of educational management in Islam, the main source of those Islamic sources must be the Qur'an, the Sunnah and the intellect); Secondly, Islamic rational sciences should be used both in terms of method and content; Thirdly, the active and truth-seeking interaction with other schools of thought should be open; Fourthly, due to the interdisciplinary nature of this science, it is necessary to be methodologically open and take advantage of the reliable achievements of new sciences. Although the main method is the inference method that can be used in different ways in organizing the philosophy of educational management.
