The purpose of this research is to compare the teacher training system of two countries, Malaysia and Afghanistan, in order to identify and point out the gaps and problems of the Afghan teacher training system. The research conducted is of an applied type and is among comparative studies that was conducted using a qualitative method and in which the documents related to the field of education and training of the two countries are mentioned, and then using the full number method and based on text analysis and thematic coding, It has been reviewed and analyzed. The results of the research show that these two countries have considered the development of teachers' professional qualifications in order to respond to the educational needs of different academic courses, and through this, they have tried to compile and adjust different educational courses in a way that meets the educational needs of the society. The main difference between the two countries is that in the training of Malaysian teachers, more attention is paid to creativity and innovation and the flexibility of programs; However, in Afghanistan's teacher training system, the focus is on acquiring maximum theoretical knowledge. In order to formulate and set goals in both countries, the government has full and direct involvement, and the teacher training system is managed in the form of a guidance plan.
