Abstract

Metaphors have long been the focus of thinkers to facilitate the understanding of phenomena. In management discussions, in the field of understanding the organization, various metaphors have been presented by experts in the field of management, and according to the objective facts in this regard, the metaphor of "living entity" has facilitated the understanding of the various dimensions of the organization more than other metaphors. On the other hand, considering the necessity of localization (Islamization) of human sciences including management and using the usual method of inference from the Qur'an to understand the problems of various sciences, the understanding of the Shah Bayt of the science of management "organization" from the perspective of Islam is only possible by presenting the Qur'an, and of course it is necessary and It matters. The present research was carried out with the aim of searching for the metaphor of "organization as a living being" in the verses of the Qur'an using the qualitative research method and database technique. The method of data collection in those documents and data analysis was in the form of ijtihad and analysis. The findings of the research show that although according to the Qur'an, the organization is a living being, it is not a pure submission to the environment, but rather active towards the environment and has characteristics such as responsibility towards the environment, vigilance, self-regulation, sensitivity to the surroundings, life cycle and interaction. Positive and active with the environment.
