Abstract
In the contemporary world of education, the quality of teachers' educational activities plays a significant role in improving the educational and research level of universities and scientific institutions. One of the key factors affecting the quality of these activities is the organizational commitment of teachers, which can have a significant impact on the motivation, sustainability, and effectiveness of the training provided. The present study examines the role and extent of the impact of organizational commitment on the effectiveness of teachers' educational activities, with the aim of better understanding the relationship between these two factors and providing management solutions to strengthen teachers' commitment in order to improve the quality of education processes in educational institutions. Identifying the factors effective in increasing organizational commitment and its impact on teachers' professional behavior can be a useful guide for managers and policymakers in designing professional and motivational development programs, and ultimately lead to improving the quality of education and student satisfaction. This article was organized in a descriptive-analytical manner using the library-field method with the aim of investigating the role of organizational commitment on the effectiveness of teachers' educational activities at Al-Mustafa University. The results of the study show that high levels of organizational commitment in teachers are associated with improved meaning in education, increased motivation, and quality content delivery. Commitment to the organization leads to continuity and sustainability in educational activities, and its positive effects have been observed in improving teaching and learning processes. Based on the findings, organizational strategies that strengthen the motivation and commitment of teachers can play an effective role in improving the quality of education and increasing student satisfaction. It is suggested that institution managers focus on developing support and motivational programs to increase the organizational commitment of teachers and, as a result, ensure more effective educational activities. This study is promising for management strategies to improve the processes of education and professional development of teachers and emphasizes the importance of investing in creating positive work environments to enhance educational effectiveness.
