Abstract
Religious education refers to the process of cultivating knowledge, love, and devotion to God, which is emphasized in religious works and Islamic traditions. In this regard, the role of the mother as the first and most important educator of children during this process is of particular importance. Research shows that mothers have a profound impact on children's religious development through their religious behavior and attitudes. In cases where the mother and father agree, the positive impact on children is greater. Also, religious education, especially during infancy and childhood, has lasting effects on the soul and soul of children. Islamic traditions emphasize that the future of children's beliefs lies in the mother's beliefs and faith. The mother's religiosity is recognized as one of the key factors in the religious education of children. This research attempts to examine the role of the mother in the religious education of children using documentary and field research methods.
